freemat-help software package provides freemat help files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freemat-help
freemat-help is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freemat-help package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freemat-help *
You will get with freemat-help package name, version, architecture and description in a table
